so I thought I would do it anyway here in my blog
To all my family and friends,
wow another year has come and gone. so much has happened. We had a pretty good year. lots of ups and downs but it was still a great year.
I started school in february and graduated in august and finished all the hours first week in october and passed my state boards in november and started working at a salon in burnt hills on route 50. the name is personal image. work with wonderful women and love being a cosmetologist. Oh I also gave birth to my fourth child may 3rd. was amazing and precious. I enjoyed every pregnancy. this last one was a bit hard though. I remember having such bad back pain and asking if I could be induced cause i was in so much pain but they said no cause I was measuring small and they thought he was going to be about 7 pounds when he was born. haha he must have been hiding behind my liver cause that boy was not 7 pounds but a big 9 pounds 2 ounces. the biggest baby I ever had.. he came on his own 5 days early. even though I am so sad and feel bad I will never have another baby I am feeling very accomplished and proud of my little litter and am so glad to get my body back and work on my health. saying they have sucked the life out of me
Now for joe. He has worked so hard taking care of our little family. works full time as a plumber for the union for Degesare mech.. He loves it. loves the people he works for and with. He has done work around our church for them since it is such a gift and is blessed with it. he loves doing side jobs as well. one of his dreams is to start his own business some day. Not only does he work so hard at work and talks about it endlessly LOL. he is wonderful at home taking care of us and cooking for us when I was in school. I just love him to death
We have had lots of help from my family and our church family. they are truely amazing I dont know what I would have done with out all the meals and also with out my dad. he is the best man I know... I love him and he is my hero. he can hold things together so well and my kids love him so much and look up to him and his strength.
Daina, who is our oldest is now 6 1/2. she finished kindergarden and started first grade loves soccer and running around. playing with friends. her best friend tyler and her have the best of times at recess and play dates. she loves awana and sunday school.
Danielle, who is 4 1/2 loves ballet and crafty things. she can put together 50 peice puzzles all by herself. I am so proud of her. she was potty trained in january and has enjoyed awana and sunday school and loves growing up. she loves to be just like her sister. she can also be very dramatic. but lets not go there
as for my little jaime susan rose. now she is my little puppy. no I mean almost every day she was a puppy. she can not stand to be potty trained and may not be till she is 10 but oh well gotta let that go for a little bit. she sure makes up her mind and stands by it. if we can grab ahold of her and bring her up the way God wants her she will be one amazing witness for him. man she likes to make people do just about anything.
Jonathan. well he has learned so much. rolling over, crawling, scooting, cooing, bouncing, eating, holding his own bottle, getting three teeth, sitting up, standing up, what a wonder he is. He captured the heart of his sisters and I know he will be able to protect him saying he is 21 pounds already at the age of 8 months. that boy is our linebacker
We also have a wonderful 4 year old cat named shadow. he is the love of our kids lives and i am glad he is part of our family
joe and I have also been married for 9 years this december 30th. so this year is a great wonderful year.
hope you all have a blessed christmas and new years..
God bless
love the baas family
Deb, joe, Daina, Danielle, Jaime, Jonathan and shadow
now thats what I would say if I wrote a christmas letter and sent out cards the the 200+ people on our list
well anways
